1. Our Services

We provide an online resume-building platform that lets you:

• Create and edit professional resumes using ready-made templates
• Use AI-assisted tools such as content rewriting, ATS score checks and job-description based resume building
• Download your resume as a high-quality PDF file

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are listed and charged in Indian Rupees (INR).

Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change pricing at any time; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use this service.

4. Payments

• Downloads are paid one-time per resume and processed securely through our payment partner (Cashfree Payments).
• We do not store your card, UPI or banking details on our servers.
• Once payment is confirmed, your PDF download is unlocked immediately.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to create misleading or fraudulent documents
• Attempt to copy, scrape, reverse-engineer or resell the platform, templates or its content
• Upload malicious code or interfere with the service's operation

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create and upload (resume text, photos, etc.). You grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely to provide the service to you. We do not sell or share your resume data with third parties for marketing.

7. Intellectual Property

The website, templates, design and software are our property (or our licensors'). A paid download gives you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the generated resume for your own job applications — not to redistribute or resell the template itself.

8. Refunds & Cancellations

Our products are digital goods delivered instantly. Please review our Refunds & Cancellations policy — purchases are generally non-refundable once the file is delivered.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, or specific ATS outcomes.
• AI-generated content is a drafting aid — you are responsible for reviewing and verifying your resume before use.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant download.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
