No Refunds or Cancellations

AI Resume Builder sells digital goods — resume PDF downloads — that are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned". For this reason:

• All sales are final. Once a payment is completed and the download is unlocked, we do not offer refunds or cancellations.
• A purchase cannot be cancelled after the payment is authorised, because the digital product is made available immediately.
• Please use the free editor and preview to review your resume carefully before paying.

Exceptions — When We Do Help

We will, however, resolve genuine payment problems:

• Payment deducted but download not unlocked: if your account was charged but the download did not unlock, contact us with your order ID — we will unlock the download or, if it cannot be delivered, refund the amount.
• Duplicate charge: if you were charged more than once for the same download, the extra charge will be refunded.
• Technical failure on our side: if a verified technical issue on our platform prevents delivery of the file, we will refund the payment.

How to Raise a Request

Email support@jdresume.online within 7 days of the transaction with:

• Your registered email address
• The order ID / payment reference
• A brief description of the issue

We review each request within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically reflect within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Subscriptions

We do not offer subscriptions — every download is a one-time purchase, so there is nothing to cancel and no recurring charges.
